EliteCare is a Jaguar program to ensure our customers, and their cars, are taken care of year round, with best-in-class coverage. EliteCare offers:

  • 5-Year/60,000-Mile Coverage: Provides best-in-class coverage with a New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
  • Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance: Complimentary factory recommended maintenance.
  • Complimentary Roadside Assistance: Receive assistance anywhere in the US 24/7, 365. Your car will be brought to a Jaguar Authorized Retailer and if it can't be repaired in a timely manner, Jaguar will plan and pay for your continuation of travel. EliteCare will also cover a hotel room if you are more than 50 miles from home.
  • Jaguar InControl®: InControl® transmits vehicle location and diagnostics to your Roadside Assistance provider, uses SOS Emergency Call to contact authorities in the event of a serious incident, and allows you to monitor your fuel, check your windows, and even find your vehicle in a parking lot.
